2. What data we process
When you submit the enquiry form we process: your name, company name, e-mail, phone, type of business and the message text. For technical reasons we also store your IP address, browser information and the date and time of submission. With your consent we also process website traffic data via analytics cookies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Form data is processed to handle your enquiry and to communicate with you, based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding). Traffic analytics is processed only on the basis of your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last communication, unless another legal ground requires longer retention. Analytics cookies expire according to the settings of the respective tool.
5. Recipients
Your data may be accessed by our processors: the web hosting provider and — only where consent is given — Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics). With Google, data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
Necessary cookies are required for the site to work and to remember your consent choice; they do not require consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) measure traffic and load only after your consent. You can change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
